Who's Behind RSVP Singlelife

Friends for over 15 years, Karen, Kim & Vicki are successful businesswomen who worked together for a Fortune 500 company. While they led very successful careers, they all yearned to some day own their own company providing a service that would help people. From that desire and with their combined entrepreneurial efforts, they ventured out together to create a company that would bring singles together offering not only online dating but a combination of services with a more personal touch. RSVP SingleLife, Inc. was born – a company focused on offering opportunities and activities to enrich your single lifestyle.

Karen Betancourt, President

Finding herself re-entering the world of dating after 18 years of marriage, Karen found herself in unknown territory – as a single person with a busy life and career, there were very few networking opportunities and Karen felt that there had to be a better way than just online dating…a way to bring single people together not only to find love and romance but to find other singles to enjoy activities and travel with. Having owned a business previously and with her background in sales and marketing combined with her personal experiences, Karen worked together with Kim and Vicki to create the company she envisioned.

Kim Cruz, Vice President

A long time Conejo Valley resident, Kim was born and raised in Southern California. She married her high school sweetheart and has been happily married for 14 years and has two girls. Kim has worked hard on her relationship and is dedicated to her family. She has been able to balance a successful career and family. Kim wants to help others in the community find love and happiness in a relationship like she has. RSVP Single Life is a place where singles can meet new people, new friends and possibly a new love. Kim brings to RSVP her experience and her insight to the fundamentals that are needed to make a relationship work as well as her highly successful marketing and special event planning skills. She truly believes that there is someone special out there for everyone.

Vicki Hughes, Vice President

Vicki brings a unique asset to RSVP SingleLife. She has had years of event planning for national and local charitable organizations planning anything from fashion shows, wine tasting outings and holiday luncheons to Black Tie Affairs. She has experienced several long term careers including “flying the friendly international skies” to managing a division of a Fortune 500 company. Most importantly, her first “Match Up” was an immediate hit! They are still married today with 2 adorable children. Vicki has an eye for connections. She herself is happily married for nearly 20 years. Vicki is excited about bringing people together to enjoy the pats towards a lifetime commitment.

Kelly Connelly

Kelly Connelly has been a Ventura County resident for over 30 years! She feels blessed to be raised here in such a great community. She has an extensive background in marketing and sales, in many diverse fields, such as the entertainment industry, real estate, finance, and as a marketing director to the largest title company. Kelly’s passion is enjoying life and assisting in creating opportunities for others to do the same. This experience and enthusiasm brings a wonderful element to the RSVP culture and vision. Kelly is one of the many singles looking for a different way to meet others that enjoy her interests and share her enthusiasm in life.

Bryan Scott

Bryan comes to RSVP with a gift of knowledge, passion and the most amazing attention to detail. He has been a resident of Ventura County for many years. Bryan has had a very successful Real Estate Investment business for over 20 years. His entrepreneurial desire and experience is what drives him to make life “Great & Enjoyable” for everyone he meets. Although Bryan is not trying to change the world at once, he believes that changing each person and the life they lead one at a time results in a wonderful circle of great friends. He is excited about being part of RSVP. Bryan’s passions are Fitness, Friends & Fun!
