Holiday Wine Pairing Class – Enjoyed By All! RSVP SinglelLife sponsored a “Holiday Wine Pairing” class on November 24th at Wade’s Wines in Westlake Village. It was great to see the wine tasting room full with a great group of singles from the Conejo Valley, Camarillo, Simi Valley and Calabasas areas, all enjoying the food and wine. The group enjoyed being entertained and informed by Bill Candela of Wade’s Wines as he went through a tasting offering eight different wines including Chardonnay, Viognier, Pinot Noir and others. It was also very educational as Bill explained the benefits of aerating red wines and how doing so brings out the full flavor of the wine. It was also a perfect opportunity to purchase holiday wines, which many did, as well as that wonderful aerator gadget. The wine tasting format seems to work really well and we look forward to working with Wades in sponsoring another wine tasting event in the next month for our members.
