You agree that you will comply with any and all applicable laws and regulations in the use of this site and that you will not impersonate another person on this site or intentionally mislead other users with the information you provide to them and/or in your personal profile. You agree not to include any phone number, addresses, last names or email addresses in your personal profile.
You may not use this service to solicit members for other services and/or products by utilizing unsolicited bulk email or any activities or contacts made with other members for the purpose of soliciting another service and/or product unless you are authorized by RSVP SingleLife, Inc. We reserve the right to approve all photos, contents of your profile, usernames and any other information you provide to us and may refuse use of same if we feel it is vulgar, obscene, sexually offensive, racial, prejudicial or otherwise offensive and inappropriate. We may determine this at our sole discretion. You will agree not to engage in any type of harassment, the use of any unacceptable material as decided by RSVP SingleLife, Inc., and any threatening, inaccurate, slanderous defamatory behavior that might be harmful to any other member of our site. While we strive to provide accurate and useful information on our website and encourage each and every member to do the same, you understand that we do not represent that the accuracy or reliability of any member profile, advice, opinion statement or other information uploaded or distributed by our company is correct as we do not filter, review, substantiate or verify any of the information provided to us by members. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any of the information in this site provided by our company or a member is at your own risk and your continued use of the service constitutes a binding acceptance by you of this agreement. You may not release your username/password to another party allowing them to use the service through your account access and understand you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username/password. You agree to immediately notify RSVP SingleLife, Inc. of any unauthorized use or breach of security. You will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the express written consent of the website owners of such materials. You agree to use this service only for the purpose of meeting other single members for friendship, dating and/or to attend activities provided on the calendar of events. You agree and acknowledge that you are strictly prohibited from including any contact information or personal unauthorized information in your profile. You also understand that you may be exposed to offensive materials by members, hackers or unauthorized users from time to time for whom we can not control and the site is not responsible for any such contacts but will take any upon notification RSVP SingleLife, Inc will take such reasonable action it deems necessary to deter and stop such action. Your use of this service is at your sole risk and you understand that the service provided in on an “as is” and “as available” basis. RSVP SingleLife, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. RSVP SingleLife, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives make no warranty that our service will meet your needs, that our service will provide you with a successful relationship, that our service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: In the event that RSVP SingleLife, Inc. should be acquired or transferred, personal information would be considered a transferable asset to the acquiring party.
DEALING WITH SPONSORS: You understand that your attendance at any events or correspondence with any sponsors of the website are solely between you and the sponsor including, but not limited to, any future business you may have with said sponsor. Any relationship created by you and a sponsor shall be solely between you as a member and the sponsor. RSVP SingleLife, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred in your dealings with said sponsors.
REFERRAL PROGRAM: We may periodically offer a referral program for you to tell a friend about our site and in doing so may ask you for their email address. Periodic emails may be sent to your friend with an invitation to visit our website and we may correspond with your friend to track the success of our referral program. We ask that your referrals be as qualified as possible and that they would have an interest in our site so that they do not object to our contact.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING: As a member of RSVP SingleLife, Inc. we will bill you through an online account for our services. You agree to make payment immediately upon registering for service via Authorized Net. You will be billed for the service upon initial registration with a one time charge for a period of billing time that you choose and understand that your membership will be automatically extended for successive periods of the same duration as your originally selected payment and that you will be responsible for all recurring charges prior to any cancellation. We will process recurring membership fees without further notice to you until we receive cancellation notice. You agree to pay all amounts due on your billing at the time they are due and to pay any delinquent billings and any applicable charges such as late fees or interest for late payments. Any free trial must be used within the free trial time period and will automatically become a charged recurring subscription until you cancel your subscription.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We reserve the right to terminate this agreement for any reason whatsoever effective upon giving written notice to you without obligation to make a payment, rebate or refund to the member and/or sponsor. We may also terminate your membership at any time if you breach this agreement. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time including the availability of any website feature, database or content.
REPORT ANY VIOLATIONS/ABUSE: If you believe that anyone is misusing this site or not abiding these terms of use, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issues written warnings, suspend or terminate a member’s account, bill the member for administrative or services costs and/or reactivation charges or bring legal action to enjoin violations and/or to collected damages, if any, caused by violations. Violation of the terms of use may also result in criminal or civil liability.
From time to time, RSVPSingleLife may feature photographs of members and/or their guests for promotional purposes on our website, online or in print and by accepting our terms of use, you hereby grant RSVPSingleLife permission to do so. In the event that you do not want your image to appear in any photographs of our events or on our website, please notify us by email or in writing.
Your use of the RSVP SingleLife website, events, product, trips and services constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the RSVP SingleLife Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use Agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to these terms.
